For the second year running, Ned Ludd is excited to join local culinary stars and food artisans for Chef's Week PDX, a dinner and party series pairing chefs from up and down the West Coast through collaborative events & gatherings. Ned Ludd and Elder Hall will host 2 simultaneous dinners on Saturday February 7th, at 6:30pm. 

Ned Ludd will host an exploration of modern Cascadian cuisine cooked in one beloved wood-fired stove. Five courses from five of the Pacific Northwest’s defining chefs. Chefs for the evening: F&W’s Top 10, Gabi + Greg Denton, James Beard award winner and F&W’s Top 10 Matt Dillon, Jason French of Ned Ludd and Elder Hall and Top Chef contestant Doug Adams of Imperial. At Elder Hall, Chefs Jason French and Lucian Prellwitz join Matthew Accarrino (Food & Wine's Top 10, SPQR) Nora Antene (Le Pigeon), Camas Davis (Portland Meat Collective), Joshua McFadden (Ava Genes) and Rachel Saunders (Blue Chair Fruit).  A true makers meal, the chefs will showcase their craft, talent and inspiration behind the traditions that bind and define their metier.
