Olympia Oyster Bar and Hama Hama join us for a hands-on class on all things Oysters.  Travel the world of aquaculture, and get your hands and taste buds on the world’s most beloved bi-valve. 

Discover the magical world of Oysters where you will learn to shuck like a master, cook up oysters with ease and become an oyster connoisseur.  During the indulgent afternoon you will enjoy oysters raw, naked, dressed, grilled, and smoked. Join Melissa and Maylin of Olympia Oyster Bar and the lovely ladies of Hama Hama Oyster Co. as they share their secrets to opening, cooking and honoring these decadent sea creatures.You’ll learn all about regions and anatomies, aquaculture as well as how to shuck, prepare and pair oysters with wine and bubbles. Each student takes home a Hama Hama oyster knife to get shucking! Sunday, April 26th 12-4pm. $80 includes a lovely meal and wine.
