Janet Fletcher, author of Yogurt: Sweet & Savory Recipes for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner and yogurt connoisseur joins us at The Hall to teach you how to make great yogurt at home. Yogurt has nourished people and inspired cooks from Baghdad to Bangalore for centuries. Versatile, good for you and delicious, we'll not only be leanring how to make yogurt but also exploring it as a staple ingredient in your larder. Recipes like lamb meatballs in a warm yogurt sauce, Turkish spiced green beans with yogurt and yogurt mousse with orange marmalade and toasted almonds will fully express it's versatility! A copy of the book included with the class. Bring an apron. Dinner will be inspired by recipes in the book and prepared by Chef Jason French and Janet herself!
