Oregon is blessed with some of the finest pastureland in the Northwest. Ranchers throughout the state are renowned for raising healthy, delicious, grass fed, and in some cases grain finished, cattle with an unparalleled stewardship of the land. To showcase Oregon’s ranching families, Ned Ludd is pleased to announce Steak Mondays. We will offer a three course dinner celebrating the winning combination of fire, beef and red wine. Our beef will be sourced from some of the states finest ranches. The salad and sides will be classic homage to the American steak house, with a focus on farms and the best produce of the season. The red wines will be chosen by our favorite distributors, promising big bold flavors and a changing lineup of varietals and regions. The meal will complete with our nearly famous oven kissed chocolate chip cookie! We look forward to starting your week or weekend  with a timeless tradition that offers the very best we and our state have to offer!

For this Month: We are pleased to offer Laney Family Farms Beef. The Laney family offers an Angus cross breed fed on rich pastureland and farm raised triticale, an amino rich, hybrid of wheat and rye, which we've also use in our baking at Ned Ludd. The beef is then dry aged between 14 and 21 days before we butcher a 8-12 oz portion, salt it and cook it to perfection in our wood fired oven.
