Everyone knows by now that Ned Ludd makes pizza on Monday’s. The Ludd is transported with checked table cloths and good tunes and chianti bottle candles. It's fun and we wanted to find a way share the party with a few of our favorite pizzaiolos. So the Pizza Social was born! Mostly because it’s a blast but also we still have a few things to learn about pizza! February brought you Brian Spangler from the infamous Apizza Scholls.  March kicked off with Sarah Minnick of Lovely’s Fifty-Fifty. She is bringing with her a very Lovely’s farm-centric approach to her gorgeous pies. And yes, there is ice cream (sandwiches)! Even some of her magical and highly addictive bottled kombuchas are available, with or without alcohol (might as well reap the health benefits when imbibing). We can't wait for April and Sean Coyne of Division Street's Pizza Maria. Bonding over wood ovens, dough starters and local ingredients; we're so grateful and excited to be working with such incredible food artisans, and learning more about the art of pizza.
