A Celebration of Spring Rituals : Passover
April’s Small Supper Series brings you a menu inspired by the Jewish celebration of Passover. Ned Ludd chef Lucian Prellwitz recalls fond memories of Passover meals at Firefly in San Francisco and will be creating a beautiful Passover style meal. We'll be embracing traditional Seder foods with variations that speak to Ned Ludd's seasonal exploration to celebrate the tradition and spirit of the season. Join us and bring your memories and stories as we offer a culinary homage to this beautiful Spring ritual.
Prix Fixe Menu: harroset, matzo & bagelech; matzo ball soup: chopped chicken liver, red onion, pickles; Spring greens & pea salad; beef brisket with gravy and tzimmes; coconut macaroons and chocolate matzo toffee crackers. Wine pairings will be included with the meal. We would like to acknowledge that our facilities are not certified kosher. Friday April 24th 6:30-9:30. $90 all inclusive.
