Fennel has long been favorite vegetable, spice and secret weapon in the kitchen at Ned Ludd. Come explore this amazing flowering plant and learn about the mystery, expression and depth of flavor this Ned Ludd staple has to offer. Chef Jason French will lead this hand's on class. Please bring a sharp paring knife and a chef's knife and apron if you have them. At the end of class we'll set the table for a lovely supper of the evening's fare and and a glass of wine.
