It’s hard to believe, but this is our ninth month celebrating Portland’s culinary talent with the Ned Ludd Pizza Social! We’re ecstatic to collaborate for the month of September with our dear friends and fellow "MLK is AOK!” neighbors, Greg and Gabi Denton from Ox. This pair has been winning awards and gaining recognition for their talents here in Portland and nationally since opening Ox just 3 short years ago. Not many couples could live in constant collaboration like these two do. The result, however is a menu that exemplifies their love of pizza and their talent and inspiration as chefs. From the simplicity of a fennel salad to the creativity of a spicy tomato braised tripe and octopus pizza (a riff on their wildly popular dish at Ox), their contribution to the Monday night menu will satisfy the traditionalist and the foodie alike.
